Spectrim Label and Equipment Inc. strives to stay up to date with recent technologies in the graphics field to give our clients a wider range of freedom and versatility. Our design group is capable of handling most vector based artwork done in both Mac and PC Platforms and is always ready to assist you with your graphic needs.

Spectrim Currently accepts Artwork Files in the following formats:

Make sure all fonts are converted to paths, curves or outlines before submitting your artwork to avoid font conflicts.

| UNSUPPORTED FORMATS: |
- Pagemaker
- Microsoft Office - (Files can be supplied from any of the Office Suite applications but will have to be converted to a workable format by our design staff. Art charges will apply.)
- JPG and Gif - (Art charges will apply for recreating artwork.)

| ARTWORK PROOFS: |
Whenever possible, black-and-white or color proofs should be submitted with the artwork in order to evaluate the translation of any converted files. When supplying artwork electronically a PDF of your artwork is preferred if possible. |
| COLOR MODE: |
All colors are to be clearly marked to identify items to be printed with PMS color numbers.
If colors have been renamed for any reason it is requested that the original number/name is included with the files.

| ACCEPTABLE MEDIA: |
Spectrim Label has the capacity to read files presented on 3.5" floppy disks, CD-ROM's and DVD.
We currently do not accept files on Zip, JAZ, Syquest, Optical Disks, or DAT Tapes.
Files can be sent to us electronically via E-mail up to a maximum file size of 10MB. Files should be compressed prior to sending to avoid possible corruption. Spectrim Label has the capacity to decompress most of the industries current standard compression formats. |
All pre-press preparations to supplied artwork will be done by Spectrim Label's creative department to conform with our presses.
