Artwork / Label Design
Our art department can create new designs using your existing brands and ideas. We can also recreate previous designs, or simply prepare/finalize your own artwork for print. We design on Apple computers and are capable of working with files created on both Mac and Windows. We provide concept proofs as PDFs so you can be reassured that your design will print the way you want it to. Our prepress and plate-making are both done in house as well. Using our print knowledge we can create your label design so it is appealing, functional, and cost effective.
We are capable of handling standard vector/editable artwork created on both Mac and PC platforms and are always ready to assist you with your graphic needs.

ARTWORK PREVIEWS: |
|
Whenever possible, a supplied PDF version of your artwork is always helpful so we can easily view your artwork for quoting. This also ensures there are no errors loading your final file, and gives us a way to double check your desired design. |
COLOR MODE: |
|
All colours are to be clearly marked with PANTONE/PMS colour numbers. If the file is to be printed CMYK/4-colour process, please make sure this is noted in the file. If colors have been renamed for any reason it is requested that the original number/name is included with the files. |
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ART: |
|
Files can be sent to us electronically via email up to a maximum file size of 10 MB. Files should be compressed prior to sending to avoid possible corruption (saved in a .zip or .sit file). For files that exceed 10 MB, please e-mail us and request our FTP information to upload your larger files to our server.
We can also read files off CDs, DVDs, or USB storage devices that you supply us.
|
All pre-press adjustments to supplied artwork will be done by Spectrim Label's art department to conform with our presses.
